Learning Outcome 1

Revision is a very important part when you’re writing an essay. No matter how much effort you put into your essay, it could always get better. The last essay I work on ( What Roles do Art Science Play in Online Harassment?) I made a lot of scientific changes from my first draft. When you first writing you should just pour out the words, and that’s what  I did but of course When revisit it most of it isn’t going to make sense. When I revisited my essay I removed a lot of things that I thought didn’t fit in. For example: commas, wrong use of the word, and sentences that wasn’t needed. I was missing a lot of important points that I had to add, I had to make better connections to the  articles. In this cause we’re Talking about global revision and local revision. Global revision is the big chunks of the text for example: quotes, thesis, paragraphs. Global revision is the bone that holds the meat, it holds the essay together if you had enough evidence to support your claim. Local revision is the smaller part of an essay, for example words, and commas. Both Global and local revision play a big part in writing an essay they depend on each other. As well organization, I didn’t really have a lot of trouble organizing my essay, but to come it think of it its take up a lot of construction and thinking.
