I believe that narrative is part of your personality, its part of who you are. Narrative is what has shaped your pass, and it will shape your future as you go along with life. You might like your narrative or you might not, but you always have the chance to change the way your narrative has shaped you. Also the way you choose to tell your narrative that how people will see you. Beck mentioned in the Life’s Stories” Narrative becomes a form of identity”, and Marya in the I am Not A Story also said similar thing ” Constitute one’s identity throughout self-narration”. To me they both meant that you present your identity through narrative because narrative is part of your identity. Most people lie about their narrative just because they don’t want to show their real identity. Which is sad because you’re shaping yourself based on how you want people to see you. I know a lot of people that tell different narratives to different people just so that they present themselves better. This shows that narratives do shape your identity.

You are on the right track. Double-check your authors’ names. You might also want to look for slightly longer quotes. Make those quotes justify their existence. Don’t be afraid to give your sources a longer time to speak. I also recommend that you slow down. Remember to try to look at your paragraphs as focussing on making an organized point. You don’t want to move through too many points too quickly.
