Integrating articles into your writing is a very important part. It takes a lot of skills even if you might not think about it, but it really does. That’s because there is multiple steps to go through. You should first read the article, annotate, analyze, re-read to make sure you didn’t miss any points. Than see if you could take any quotes out to put into your writing. To really do all of that you need to think in depth. Sometimes the article disagrees or support your writing. In English 110 we wrote three essay, in all of them we had to read different articles to support our writing prompt. On my last essay ( science and art) I had to really think how Online harassment related to science and art. I had to think of it from different point of views and how could I related it. It wasn’t just like I could put in the quotes I had to introduce and talk about how it relates. That made my essay stronger because it was supported by other articles.
